Easy Returns.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Carolina Aqua Pools purchase, it may be returned with prior approval. Please call Carolina Aqua Pools for approval and an RGA number.
Pool supplies: Pool Supplies can be returned with prior approval from Carolina Aqua Pools. Chemical returns will be picked up by Carolina Aqua Pools.
Furniture: Furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, so we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it’s only returnable if it’s defective when you receive it.
Refund Policy: If you paid with cash, debit card, or check, we’ll refund your purchase with cash (in–store) or check (delivery). If your purchase exceeded $500 pretax, and you paid with cash, debit card, or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account.
Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.
We carefully monitor our refunds and in some rare cases returns made without receipts may be refused.
If you ordered through our catalog or CarolinaAquaPools.com, you can also have us pick up your return – just call 1–800–XXX-XXXX or email us at customerservice@carolinaaquapools.com. For delivered items, we’ll refund your delivery charges if the item is defective. |
