>> By Phone : You will receive a daily phone call from one of the co-founders of Carolina Aqua Pools; updating you on the progress of your project and answering any questions you have.
>> Online Project Updates & Emails : Many of our customers have busy schedules or spend significant time out of town. So, they are not frequently available onsite or by phone. That is why
Carolina Aqua Pools have created a personalized Client Account for each customer. This online tool
helps to keep you updated on your project in Real-Time, allowing you to check the progress of your project anywhere, anytime with Internet access and a web browser. Additionally, when updates
are posted in your Client Account, they will also be sent to you via email. You can access your
Client Account through our Project Updates Page with Your Username and Password.
